Returns/Terms

STORE POLICY- REFUNDS/RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.

The items must be in new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

No exceptions : if a package comes back for any reason, such as invalid address, unpaid custom charges etc- store credit is the only refund option- please advise.


We thank you for your support and understanding.

Note that we do not include shipping fees in store credit.

If you need to make a return please email nick@preyforusclothing.com with your order number.   

We do suggest considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your payment and checkout process has been completed, we can not cancel your order, as we begin fulfillment immediately. 

 

EXCHANGES

We will issue you store credit for the original purchase amount for you to repurchase. Store credit will be issued to you via the email contact information that was provided at check out.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at nick@preyforusclothing.com including your order number and name. 

 

CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES/TERMS

At this time, we are experiencing a longer shipping period.

Please, expect a delay in shipping during this time.

PLEASE NOTE: even if you choose to pay for "expedited shipping" it is not likely it will come in two days. If you choose an expedited shipping time, it may move through the mail carrier faster, however- that date is not promised.

Once the package leaves our facility - questions, comments and concerns will have to be directed to your local post office/facility in which the package is in question.
